Quite a break from posting here... lots of stuff conspiring to not be relevant to my general game theme for the blog so lets see what I can dredge up.
Firstly, time to game. This Friday will mark session 2 of my pathfinder game. I'll need to do a bit of refreshing on the module, and see what I can come up with to make sure people are motivated. I have a few notions, so we'll see how that plays out. So far no one has taken much advantage of the obsidian portal site. We've got the characters up there and such, but no one has put up a log besides my brief synopsis of the session. Though it does look like Meg tossed up Aldern as an NPC, so that's something. Hopefully as we progress and get more into the swing of the game (less huge gaps in gaming) people will get more into it.
Secondly, I've transitioned back to WoW. CoH ran it's course again, honestly I'm vaguely surprised it lasted as long as it did (nearly 3 months). The last time I came back was for CoV release and I tihnk I made it a month or so... I got one character into the 20s I believe. The game is fun, while I'm interested. It's simple to group with people, levels hardly matter, missions adjust to the group (mostly) so people coming and going is no problem... there are many benefits to the social aspect of the game. But eventually my interest wanes... waning interest combined with new patch and upcoming content release for WoW equals Mat heading back into the crack den. Maye I'll babble more about wow in a post... we'll see.
Yay, I have posted. Woot for me.
